Les rencontres internationalistes ’Les Peuples Veulent” reviennent pour une troisième édition ! Des activistes du monde entier sont attendu.e.s en novembre à Montreuil pour nous raconter leurs expériences, partager leurs idées, analyses et espoirs.
Pendant trois jours, tables rondes, projections, concerts et bien sûr savoureux repas seront proposés dans le magnifique espace AERI. Pour nous permettre de nous rencontrer, de se régaler, de danser et de réfléchir ensemble.
En compagnie d’invité.e.s, venu.e.s d’Inde, du Liban, des États-Unis, de Tunisie, d’Iran, de France, de Grèce et du Chili et à partir des pistes d’ores et déjà creusées ici et ailleurs nous essayerons de dessiner ensemble des horizons émancipateurs à mêmes de traverser frontières et océans.
Cette édition se déploiera atour de trois thèmes :
L’internationale féministe
La vague de révolte féministe ne cesse de grossir dans le monde entier. Ces dernières années les combats féministes n’ont cessé de bouleverser l’ordre établi et d’imaginer un futur plus égalitaire pour toutes et tous.
Alors que certaines revendications sont parfois spécifiques aux contextes locaux, il existe plus que des résonances entre les luttes féministes en Amérique Latine, en Europe, au Moyen-Orient ou ailleurs. Ces mobilisations et la circulation des outils, des idées et des formes d’actions peuvent être comprises comme une expérience collective, à la fois locale et transnationale. Ainsi, l’internationale féministe, ne serait-il pas une hypothèse révolutionnaire à part entier ?
L’internationalisme d’hier et de demain
Comment traduire et mettre en résonance des situations, des expériences et des soulèvements aux quatre coins du monde ? Comment faire dialoguer des résistances dont les contextes sont très différents mais qui partagent la même volonté de changement radical ? Comment organiser l’entraide transnational depuis l’exil et comment unir plusieurs fronts face aux logiques autoritaires et néo-libérales ? Il existe une diversité d’initiatives, passées et présentes, visant à construire et consolider des liens entre les luttes dans différents pays.
Pour les renforcer et les multiplier, quelles nouvelles stratégies internationalistes pouvons nous imaginer pour aujourd’hui et demain ?
Les voies du changement
Entre les partis discrédités et les soulèvements populaires sans chefs, des hypothèses politiques émergent pour proposer des alternatives à la fois au système actuel et aux organisations politiques d’auparavant.
Hypothèses communalistes aux états unis, nouvelles formes d’organisation en France ou au Liban, coordinations féministe au Chili ou au Soudan réseaux affinitaires dans de nombreux territoires... autant de manières de faire pression, d’expérimenter la solidarité et d’avancer sur les chemins de l’émancipation.
Quelles sont les hypothèses en expérimentation ou à élaborer pour arriver à bouleverser régimes autoritaires, systèmes inégalitaires et structures réactionnaires ?

اللقاءات العابرة للحدود ’الشعوب ترید’ تعود لسنتھا الثالثة على التوالي نحن بانتظار ناشطین وناشطات من جمیع أنحاء العالم في مونتروي لنتحدث عن تجاربھم و لنتشارك أفكارھم وتحلیلاتھم وآمالھم
سیتم خ لال ثلاثة أیام إقامة نقاشات، عروض أفلام ، حفلات وبالطبع سنقدم أطباق AERI...شھیة في ا لمكان الرائع سنجمع ا لأكل والرقص والتفكیر ًمعا بصحبة مدعوین من الھند ولبنان والولایات ا لمتحدة وتونس وإیران وفرنسا والیونان وتشیلي ومن ا لمسارات ا لمذھلة التي تم رسمھا مسبقا ھنا وفي أماكن أخرى ، سنحاول رسم آفاق تحرریة قادرة على عبور الحدود وا لمحیطات.
تتمحور الفعالیة حول ثلاثة مواضیع
الحركة النسویة العابرة للحدود
تستمر موجة التمرد النسوي في التصاعد حول العالم. في السنوات ا لأخیرة ، لم تتوقف النضا لات النسویة با لإخ لال بالنظام القائم وتخیل مستقبل أكثر مساواة للجمیع في حین أن بعض ا لمطالب تكون في بعض ا لأحیان مرتبطة بالسیاقات ا لمحلیة ، إلا أن ھناك أكثر من صدى بین النضا لات النسویة في أمریكا اللاتینیة وأوروبا والشرق ا لأوسط أو في أي مكان آخر. یمكن فھم ھذه النضا لات كتجربة جماعیة ، محلیة وعابرة للحدود وبذلك، أ لا تكون الحركة النسویة العا لمیة فرضیة ثوریة في حد ذاتھا ؟
التضامن الأممي الأمس والغد
كیف تترجم وتتقاطع الحا لات والتجارب وا لانتفاضات في أركان العالم ا لأ ربعة ؟ كیف یمكننا إقامة حوار بین مجموعات مقاومة أنشئت في سیاقات مختلفة ولكنھا تشترك في نفس الرغبة في التغییر الجذري؟ كیف ینظم التضامن ا لمتبادل العابر للحدود من ا لمنفى وكیف توحد عدة جبھات في مواجھة ا لمنطق ا لاستبدادي و النیولیبرالي؟ في ا لماضي وفي الوقت الحالي، ھناك مجموعة متنوعة من ا لمبادرات تھدف إلى بناء وتعزیز الروابط بین النضا لات في مختلف البلدان ما ھي ا لاستراتیجیات ا لأممیة الجدیدة التي یمكن أن نتخیلھا الیوم و ًغدا لتعزیز ھذه ا لمبادرات وتقویة وجودھا؟
مسارات التغییر
بین ا لأحزاب الفاقدة للمصداقیة وا لانتفاضات الشعبیة بلا قادة، تظھر فرضیات سیاسیة لاقتراح بدائل لكل من النظام الحالي وا لمنظمات السیاسیة في ا لماضي الفرضیات الشیاعیة في الولایات ا لمتحدة ، أشكال جدیدة من التنظیم الذاتي في فرنسا أو لبنان ، وتنسیقات نسویة في تشیلي أو السودان ... طرق عدیدة لاختبار التضامن وا لمضي ق ًدما في مسارات التحرر ما ھي الفرضیات التي یتم اختبارھا أو تطویرھا من أجل ا لإطاحة با لأنظمة ا لاستبدادیة وأنظمة اللامساواة والھیاكل الرجعیة ؟

Drawing new horizons
The internationalist meetings ’Les Peuples Veulent’ are back for their third edition ! Activists from all over the world are expected in November in Montreuil to tell us about their experiences, share their ideas, analyses and hopes.
During three days, round tables, movie screenings, concerts and of course tasty meals will be proposed in the magnificent space that is AERI. To allow us to meet, to dance and to think together.
In the company of guests from India, Lebanon, the United States, Tunisia, Iran, France, Greece and Chile we will try to draw together emancipatory horizons that can cross borders and oceans.
This edition will unfold around three themes :
The Feminist International
The wave of feminist revolt keeps growing around the world. In the last few years, feminist struggles have continued to disrupt the established order and to imagine a more egalitarian future for all.
While some demands are sometimes specific to local contexts, there are more than resonances between feminist struggles in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and elsewhere.
These mobilizations and the circulation of tools, ideas and forms of action can be understood as a collective experience, both local and transnational.
Thus, wouldn’t the feminist international be a revolutionary hypothesis in its own right ?
Internationalisms of yesterday and tomorrow
How to translate and put in resonance situations, experiences and uprisings in the four corners of the world ? How to make dialogue between resistances whose contexts are very different but who share the same will for radical change ? How to organise transnational
mutual aid from exile and how to unite several fronts in the face of authoritarian and neo- liberal logics ? There is a diversity of initiatives, in the past and the present, aiming to build
and consolidate links between revolts in different countries. To strengthen and multiply them, what new internationalist strategies can we imagine for today and tomorrow ?
The ways of change
Between discredited parties and leaderless popular uprisings, political hypotheses emerge to propose alternatives to both the current system and the political organisations of the past.
Communalist hypothesis in the United States, new forms of organization in France or Lebanon, feminist coordinations in Chile or Sudan, affinity networks in many territories... so many ways of experimenting solidarity and to move forward on the paths of emancipation.
What are the hypotheses in experimentation or to be elaborated in order to succeed in overturning authoritarian regimes, inegalitarian systems and reactionary structures ?
