Assemblées territoriales ou féministes au Chili, comité de résistance au Soudan, conseils locaux en Syrie, les espaces d’organisations par le bas, sont le cœur et le poumon des soulèvements. Ils déclenchent, alimentent, inventent l’insurrection. Pourtant, ils sont systématiquement écartés des choix d’alternative pour remplacer les pouvoirs en place ou défaites par les multiples visages de la contre-révolution. Aujourd’hui, partout, les révolutionnaires cherchent comment sortir du tourbillon de la défaite. Comment faire gagner les forces autonomes et révolutionnaires agissant d’en bas ? | من عام 2011 إلى موجة انتفاضات 2019، شهدت السنوات العشرون الماضية ظهور أشكال أفقية و شعبية للتنظيم السياسي تمكنت من تجديد الكفاح الثوري فتخلت عن الأنماط الجامدة و العمودية للتنظيمات السياسة الموروثة من القرن الماضي. التجمعات الإقليمية أو النسوية في تشيلي، ولجان المقاومة في السودان، والمجالس المحلية في سوريا... هذه الأشكال الشعبية التي تنظم نفسها بنفسها غالباً ما تكون قلب ورئتي الانتفاضات. فهي من يطلق و يغذي و يخترع طرق التمرد و العصيان و يعطي الانتفاضة طابعها الثوري. ومع ذلك، يتم استبعاد هذه التنظيمات الشعبية بشكل منهجي من تكون أو أن تشارك في بناء البديل لاستبدال السلطات القائمة إذا لم يتم القضاء عليها من قبل الوجوه العديدة للثورة المضادة. اليوم، من لبنان إلى الولايات المتحدة، و من سريلانكا إلى فرنسا، يبحث الثوار والثائرات عن مخرج من زوبعة الهزيمة. كيف تكسب القوى المستقلة والثورية العاملة من الأسفل شرعيتها، كيف تنتصر الكومونات ؟ | Territorial or feminist assemblies in Chile, committee of resistance in Sudan, local councils in Syria, the spaces of grassroots organizations, are the heart and lungs of uprisings. However, they are systematically excluded from the choice of alternative for replacing the powers in place or are defeated by the many faces of counter-revolution. Today, everywhere, revolutionaries seek a way out of the whirlwind of defeat. How do the autonomous and revolutionary forces acting from below win ?
